This was a digital piece that I created for my college portfolio. In response to the police brutality that left many, including George Floyd and Breonna Taylor murdered, I created this piece titled “Halt”. In this piece I have created a story showing the murder of a young Black boy at the hands of the police. This piece was very different than any other works I have created but I am very proud of how it came out and how it highlights the issues of gun violence and police brutality and the pain they cause the Black community.
